- Slappyhappy is a member of the Backpack Bunch from BotBots.
Slappyhappy just loves to keep things neat and orderly, and she's at her happiest when she's using her ruler alternate mode to SMACK things back into line. Given the general attitude of her fellow BotBots, of course, something's always going wrong, and so Slappyhappy is always SMACKing, and always cheery.
