- Neech is a Galactic Council-aligned alien from the IDW continuity portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

General Neech, captain of the Retaliator is a loyal Galactic Council officer always looking out for the best interests of the state.

At some point, Neech had come into contact with Getaway.
The Galactic Council opted to turn a blind-eye to Megatron's Autobot status until he saved Miliarium creating an existential threat to the Counci's existence.
