Doctor Hooves (also spelt as Whooves and sometimes going by Time Turner) is a perfectly ordinary pony, certainly not a wanderer in the fourth dimension cut off from his own world and time or anything like that.

Trivia
- Originally a nameless background model in the Friendship is Magic cartoon, fans of the show quickly latched onto this guy because he kinda-sorta looked like David Tennant as the Tenth Doctor, and one Doctor Who joke led to another until we wound up getting this awful pun as his official name. Nerds love their crossovers!
