The 35 East Wacker is a building from the live-action film continuity family.
It's the one lit up like a Christmas tree.

The 35 East Wacker (AKA the Jewelers' Building) is a tall building in Illinois, Chicago, known for it's beautiful cupolas. It also served as the Decepticons command centre.
