Paleotrex is a Predacon Fossilizer from the Kingdom portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Frightening in the dark.

65 million years in the making, Paleotrex transforms into the fossilized remains of a mighty Tyrannosaurus rex, also able to separate into skeletal armor and weaponry for his comrades, thanks to the F.O.S.S.I.L. Technology.

For once, someone witnessing a Prime’s face-stealing will go face-to-face with a face.
  • When the "mask" is flipped down, Paleotrex's robot mode head is based on Optimus Primal's spiky mace.
    • While unknown if it was intentional or just a bizarre coincidence, the fact that the mask flips down over the robot head makes for an interesting callback to the first-year Beast Wars figures that used the "Mutant Head" gimmick.
