Paleotrex is a Predacon Fossilizer from the Kingdom portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Frightening in the dark.

65 million years in the making, Paleotrex transforms into the fossilized remains of a mighty Tyrannosaurus rex, also able to separate into skeletal armor and weaponry for his comrades, thanks to F.O.S.S.I.L. Technology.

As a Fossilizer, Paleotrex can split into weapons and armor compatible with the C.O.M.B.A.T. System for use by other War for Cybertron Trilogy figures. The joint to flip down Paleotrex's "mask" can pass as an opening mouth for the masked robot mode head as well. Notes

  • Intentionally or coincidentally, the mask flipping down over the robot head makes for an interesting callback to the "Mutant head" gimmick used by first-year Beast Wars figures.
