Will you please stop? You've been going in the same fucking circle for what, hours? --M Sipher 02:43, 7 January 2008 (UTC)
Megatron joke
The monsters in MMPR always started out human-sized. Then, at some point, Rita throws her staff down from the Moon shouting "Make my monster grow!". The staff lands in the ground and energy shoots out of it, making the monster enormous. The laser effects around Megatron's cannon in that picture look a lot like the staff. Here is a YouTube clip of it: [1]. Honestly, it's not a big deal to me, but the old joke doesn't really make any sense in the first place. It seems to be a premature ejaculation joke to go along with his cannon firing, but it's not like there's anybody else in the picture for the innuendo to be complete. I think the observation our anonymous editor made about the resemblance to the staff is actually pretty clever. A rare instance of somebody changing a joke for the better, IMO. --Steve-o 16:20, 21 August 2007 (UTC)
- Huzzah! I have a talk page now! Anyway, thanks for clearing it up... I didn't get the ressemblance of Bandora's staff to the laser blast effects of Megatron's cannons... At least I understood the previous joke, wasn't all that funny but it made sense without the explanation. -Detour 16:54, 21 August 2007 (UTC)
Re:
The user talk page should now be blocked globally. Is it custom to keep all user talk pages on this wiki, even if they're purely vandalism? GHe (Talk) 21:49, 20 December 2007 (UTC)
- Well, since blocked users can still write on their talk pages, the admins here from what I've seen have deemed it better to lock them then just deleting them and having them come back... --Detour 21:53, 20 December 2007 (UTC)
- It's possible to create a local blacklist to block creation of deleted pages locally. I'm not sure if one already exists here, but if not, the admins could easily create one if they're interested. I find that one of the downsides to having an existing page protected is that it eventually gets indexed into search engines, and that's not a good thing to have. BAN?
May it be possilbe to ban this foul mouth canadain? I mean look at his past records this guy is Canadian that killed our troops and started the cold war.
Anyway here is a song for this canadian
- satiricaly comical song edited out because Assaulthead was too stupid to comprehend the satire in it.*
SABAZZ!
- Oh for the love of... he's ran out of nonsensical reasons to attack Walky and Skyblitz, so now he's picking on me just because I'm removing the useless content he adds? I'd really hate to see how this kid behaves in real life... --Detour 00:09, 22 December 2007 (UTC)
- He's obviously xenophobic. You should have seen what he wrote on Moscow before it was deleted. -- SFH 00:13, 22 December 2007 (UTC)
- Xenophobic, sociopath, retarded, demented. There are a lot of adjectives that fit him. I just don't know what I've done to him that's so bad... --Detour 00:39, 22 December 2007 (UTC)
Revert Revert
Slaggit! This is like, the fourth time this has happened to me. I SPECIFICALLY checked with a preview when I was about to make the reversion, and it did NOT tell me any edits had been made since I'd started mine. Apologies for the confusion and annoyance, but I am definitely not doing this on purpose...--Apcog 23:39, 26 December 2007 (UTC)
- No worries. I know it wasn't your fault. I'm pretty sure this happened to me at least once as well. --Detour 16:11, 27 December 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks. That actually makes me feel a lot better about it.--Apcog 16:23, 27 December 2007 (UTC)
Treatment
Hey, it's not uploaded anywhere anymore (but Don Murphy has no issues with us handing it around). I can send you the PDF, but I need your email. --FFN 22:42, 15 February 2008 (UTC)
Nunchakus
His name is "Michelangelo". :) --Sntint 14:38, 18 February 2008 (UTC)
- My bad. Haven't watched TMNT since the original toon. And I was never into Renaissance art or whatever era the artist namesake was from. --Detour 02:28, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
Movie Prime
Look, I don't care about the dashes - it happens automatically when editing a page that has the "this page is too long" warning. The stuff that MATTERS is the other edits, which, yes, are minor (gasp no!) but not irrelevant.
