JUSCO (ジャスコ, short for Japan United Stores Company), was the largest Japanese "hypermarket" style retail chain. They have had several Transformers exclusives over the years. A subsidiary of AEON Co., Ltd., all JUSCO supermarkets in Japan changed their names to AEON in 2011.
List of JUSCO exclusive toys
- Artfire (clear version)
- Eagle Killer (clear version)
- Wars (clear version)
- X-Car (clear version)
- Ox (clear version)
- Counter Arrow (clear version)
These six Spychangers were available as direct-mail premiums to members of their "Peppy Kids Republic" (元気キッズ共和国, Genki Kidzu Kyōwakoku), a sort of subsidiary/offshoot for selling baby goods and children's clothing. Since membership was open only to kids 12 and under and this version was shipped blind-packed, getting the entire set of six was extremely difficult.
- Super Indy Heat (clear version)
This toy was given away as a freebie for the purchase of the JRX giftset.
- Rhinox (USA Edition)
- Terrorsaurer (USA Edition)
- Duster (Space Galaxy Edition)
- Wheel (Space Galaxy Edition)
- Crush (Space Galaxy Edition)
The three "Space Galaxy Edition" Mini-Con redecos, packaged separately, were blindpacked inside Convoy Super Mode's box - one per item. In other words, if one wanted to get all three Mini-Cons, they'd have to buy at least three Super-Base Optimus Prime toys, and even then you weren't guaranteed to get three different Mini-Cons. It was, veritably, the most evil store promo ever.
This Energon weapon redeco was given away as a freebie for the purchase of either Grand Convoy, MegaZarak, or Roadbuster.
- Energy Axe Violet Cluster Edition
This Energon weapon redeco was given away as a freebie for the purchase of either Rodimus Convoy, Red Alert, or SL Grand Convoy.
- Wing Convoy Original Figure
This redeco of the Wing Convoy Super Real Figure originally available as a TV Boy magazine freebie was given away as a freebie for the purchase of Wing Saber.
Nemesis Prime was available as a Target exclusive in the USA.
These three Mini-Con redecos were given away as freebies for the purchase of Galaxy Convoy, Ligerjack and Hybrid Style Galaxy Convoy, respectively.
This Mini-Con redeco was given away as a freebie for the purchase of either Megatron (Leader Class) or Starscream (Voyager Class). Even though he was a Movie toyline promotional freebie, his instruction sheet used the "classic" Japanese Transformers logo, ostensibly placing him within the Generation 1 continuity family.
This Legends Class redeco was given away as a freebie for the purchase of Ultra Magnus.
