The World Grand Prix was held at the Rouen Circuit in France. Racers included Road King, British Motors' Carl, and Breuters. In attendance were Cab, Minerva, and Shūta Gō, who were invited by Lightfoot. The race was shown on television at Germain's bar, to the enjoyment of his customers.

The race resulted in seven destroyed cars, including Carl's automobile suddenly exploding. Partly thanks to his magically regenerating car, Road King won. Assemble! The Four Godmaster Gunmen
