*In keeping with Beast Wars II's extremely eclectic nature of being comprised almost entirely of redecoes and previously unreleased figures, there's a good chance that the original four Cyborg Beasts were unreleased or scrapped Beast Wars oddities.  The link between the Beast Wars II characters' Cyborg forms and their previous forms is created entirely via deco choices instead of any sculpt throughline, which would be a very odd choice if the retoolings were brand new for the line.  The retoolings being quite extensive, effectively boosting Deluxe figures to Mega class, also seems out of place for a line made on a slimmer budget and the only other retooling being a single horn for Gigastorm.  The later discovery of a possible fifth Cyborg Beast design built off of [[Retrax]] in Beast Wars Neo production materials only makes their existence more curious.
