Microtransformers are the Japanese equivilant of Micromasters, except while Micromasters are badass gurilla Transformers that transform into human-sized robot modes (~8' tall, 2.5m,) Microtransformers are bumling juvenile Transformers that transform into robot modes slightly under the Transformer norm- similar to the classic Mini Vehicles.

Because of their young age Microtransformers tend to be relegated to support roles.
