Nobuo Tobita (飛田 展男 Tobita Nobuo, born November 6, 1959) is a veteran Japanese voice actor. He has provided the voices for Kamille Bidan in Mobile Suit Z Gundam, Burajira of the Messiah on Tensō Sentai Goseiger, Black Vise in Accel World, The Major in Hellsing: Ultimate, Ulube Ishikawa in Mobile Fighter: G Gundam, Dantalion in Shakugan no Shana, Toshiyuki Aoshima in Ah My Goddess, Suzaku in Yu Yu Hakusho, Straizo in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Albert Heinrich/004 in Cyborg 009, the Narrator of Bleach, Sueo Maruo in Chibi Maruko-chan, Ebisu & Zetu in Naruto, and Poupelin in Sailor Moon Super S: The Movie.

In terms of dubbing, he also provided the voices of Skipper in The Penguins of Madagascar, Pinocchio in Shrek, Milhouse Van Houten, Professor Frink & Scratchy in The Simpsons, Hoity Toity in My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic and Cornelius Slate in Bioshock Infinite.
