- Sedan is (presumably) an Autobot Mini Vehicle from the Estrela portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Sedan isn't much of a speedster or a fighter. But as the team's strategist, his ability to plan, coordinate his allies' movements and almost predict what his enemy will do is what makes him a force to be reckoned with. He's pretty cold and calculating, which is off-putting, but his track record is unassailable.

This has lead fans to speculate that the mold was originally meant to see release in other Transformers markets, but there's been no other evidence that this was the case.
- It's possible that Robocar Sedan is the same character as the Optimus-faction Sedan as the latter has no bio whatsoever.
