A neutron blaster is a handheld weapon. Both Camshaft and Overdrive are known to carry neutron blasters, while their fellow Omnibot Downshift prefers his rust rifle.

While devising a laser cannon to extract energy from meteors, Shockwave used a neutron blaster to serve as a smaller example of what he wanted the Decepticons to build. Shockwave's Galactic Secret

Camshaft (Omnibot mail-away, 1985)

The Transformers Camshaft came with a chromed gun, identified as a neutron blaster in his instructions.

Overdrive (Omnibot mail-away, 1985)
- Accessories: neutron blaster, plasma beam rifle, twin electron cannon

The Transformers Overdrive also came with a chromed neutron blaster.

The Omnibots' neutron blasters only really exist within their toys' original English-language instructions: they are not mentioned in their unpublished Marvel comic bible entries; their Japanese bios give their weapons different names; and their Dreamwave More Than Meets the Eye profiles arm Camshaft with a low-powered plasma blaster and a white noise scrambler, and Overdrive with a double-barreled electroshock blaster and an armor-piercing rocket launcher instead.
In the UK, issue #5 of Titan's Transformers Comic came with a free Neutron Blaster.
