Harda Billy is an Indonesian voice actor, voice director, dubbing operator, and mixer.
As a voice actor, he is best known for his roles as Dopey in Snow White, Garfield in The Garfield Show, Jinmenken in Yokai Watch, Piccolo in Dragon Ball Z, Bucky and Pistachio Soup in The Dog Space, Taisho in The Secret of Akko-chan, also Tentomon, Mochimon, Kabuterimon, and AtlasKabuterimon in Digimon Adventure.
As a voice director, he notably directed the dubs of Shazam! and Gigantosaurus.
