Universe

  • Acid Storm (Deluxe, 2008)
Acid Storm is a redeco of the Classics Starscream mold, transforming into an F-15 Eagle fighter jet, though with a canopy like that of an F-14 Tomcat. He comes with a pair of spring-loaded missile launchers that can be mounted on his biceps or used as hand-held weapons in robot mode and can attach under his wings in vehicle mode.

This item is currently scheduled for release, but is not yet available at mass retail.

Trivia

  • The name is a reference to the Rainmakers from Generation 1 episode "Divide and Conquer".
  • This deco finally gives fans the mass-release Thundercracker deco of this mold that many have wished for since a convention-exclusive Thundercracker deco was sold at BotCon 2007. Of course, it's Machine Wars Thundercracker, but hey, what're ya gonna do.
