Mark Watts is a prolific commercial artist who produced packaging illustrations and promotional art for Hasbro near the very beginning of the Generation 1 era. In addition to being responsible for the little cheese himself, Watts is perhaps most noteworthy for illustrating pretty much the entirety of the S.T.A.R.S. sequence of pack-in stories including the seminal Digital Doom on the Highway to Destruction.
