Mindwipe dominates the world by resurrecting Devil Z and borrowing his power, only to learn the price of dealing with the devil.
Synopsis
Through a dark magic ritual, Mindwipe is able to resurrect Devil Z into the Legends World, asking him for a new transtector since Tarantulas has been arrested and can't build him one.
