| This article is about the classification system used in Transformers Cloud. For the much simpler system used in many other Takara stories, see Worlds. |
Spacetime (時空 Jikū) is the term used by the Spacetime Police of Cloud World to refer to the timelines within the Spacetime World. Related spacetimes are grouped into categories, sometimes called Worlds (世界 Sekai).
Every World and every Flow of Time... These are the building blocks of the Spacetime World. For example, the MF Spacetime we went to before and this BW Spacetime are connected in the Grand Flow of Time, but each of them has its own World, so we have named each Spacetime for convenience to distinguish and manage them. In addition, we use numbers to distinguish the many branches in the Flow of Time.Hot Rodimus, Shock
Terminology
Spacetimes are split into multiple categories, usually corresponding to a cartoon and given an appropriate two-letter code.
Known "spacetime categories" include:
From Cloud fiction:
- Cloud Spacetime[1]
- OG Spacetime—The original cartoon.[2]
- HM Spacetime—The Headmasters.[3]
- MF Spacetime—Super-God Masterforce.[4]
- BW Spacetime—Beast Wars.[3]
- BS Spacetime—Beast Wars II.[5]
- MD Spacetime—Armada (Micron Densetsu).[6]
From the Ask Vector Prime Facebook page[7]:
- TH World—Transformers Animated (cartoon).
- Crest World—2005 IDW continuity.
- AM World—Transformers: Prime (cartoon).
- Excelverse—The Transformers (Marvel comic).
From Transformers Legends[8]:
- LG Spacetime—Legends World
Spacetimes can then be further specified with a numerical designation, seemingly arbitrarily. See the list below.
List of known spacetimes
- 33-HM Spacetime[3]
- 24-BW Spacetime[3]
- OG-001 Spacetime—The English version of the original cartoon. Believed to be the origin point of the Spacetime World.[2]
- 15-MD Spacetime[6]
- 63-MF Spacetime[4]
- 9-BW Spacetime[9]
- 10-BS Spacetime[5]
- 01-OG Spacetime—The Japanese dub of the original cartoon. A foundational part of the Spacetime World.[10]
- 15-OGSS Spacetime—A spacetime split off from 01-OG due to a dimensional disturbance, seemingly during the events of The Battle of the Star Gate.[11]
- EX-LG Spacetime—Legends World, as seen in LG-EX Deadlock.[8]
