Seafood Louis is a dish consisting of artificial crab flakes mixed with mayonnaise and seasonings and is very delicious. It also has a slice of lemon on top. It was served at the following convention dinners:


Seafood Louis is apparently a popular item on the menu at the Grand Wayne Convention Center.
