Highgear is a Mini-Con from the video game version of the Unicron Trilogy.
Highgear is one of many power-enhancing Mini-Cons scattered across the Earth. Specifically, Highgear is discovered in the Antarctica region.
Highgear is a member of the Red Mini-Con team. When Powerlinxed to a larger Transformer, Highgear provides a temporary boost to a Transformer's speed. Highjump's fate is unknown following the final battle with Unicron.
