- Windy is a Micromaster from the Operation Combination portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

This character or person needs some sort of visual representation. If you have one, please replace this.
Windy (ウィンディー, wi-n-dī) is a member of the Train Team, six rail-based Micromasters who can combine to form Sixtrain. The Train Team fight alongside the Guard City team and other Micromasters to protect the Earth from the forces of the mighty Decepticon Führer Scrash.
In an alternate-timeline/universe, although Windy is a splendiferous female warrior, her mental age is roughly equal to that of a human teenage girl, and she's more obsessed with love and gossip than battle. Still, she possesses a beautiful singing voice, making her the "idol" of the Autobots; it's even said that she has hidden fans among the Decepticons!

Operation Combination
- SixTrain (Micromaster Sixteam, 1992)
- Japanese ID number: TF-05
- The original version of Windy was available only as part of a SixTrain gift set in Japan. Aside from the Yamagata "Tsubasa" bullet train mode, Windy can form either leg of any of either Sixtrain or Sixliner. The original Six-Teams are considered among the more difficult Japanese Generation 1 pieces to find.
- This mold -in identical colors to the reissue- was used for Universe Midnight Express.
Micromaster Collection
- Windy (Micromaster, 2003)
- Micromaster Collection ID number: 5
- In 2003, the entire Sixtrain team was re-released as part of the "Micromaster Collection", in individual boxes with a number visible to show which mold was inside each box. For this release, each character was extensively redecoed, plus the decals from the original version were replaced with paint applications. Windy came with both Sixtrain fists in this release.
- Windy Red Mode (Micromaster, 2003)
- In every case of twelve Train Team Micromasters, two of them were solid-red-plastic "Red Mode" variations. All six Micromasters were available in this manner.
Trivia
- Originally, Windy's upper torso was painted solid green. The same section on the Micromaster Collection version of Windy is mainly grey plastic, with orange painted over a certain raised area of her chest... giving the appearance, the Japanese fandom of the time observed, that she seemed to be wearing a women's top of some sort. Just how intentional this may have been on Takara's part is uncertain.
- While her head ornamentation do resemble a bow and a mohawk haircut, Windy is probably not intended to resemble Wendy O. Koopa, or Wendy O. Williams. She probably doesn't even know Motorhead.
