The Primitives were a group of Transformers, all featuring robot animal alternate modes, brought together by Primacron's assistant to combat the threat posed by the scientist and his latest creation, Tornedron. The assistant hoped that the Primitives' "simple instincts" could overcome the brilliant scientist's complex plans. Call of the Primitives
