A Cyber-slash tail weapon is a rotate blade in the Beast Era.
Wheel of Morality, turn turn turn. Tell us the lesson that we should learn.

A Cyber-slash tail weapon[1] is a rotate blade used by the Predacon/Maximal Dinobot. When Dinobot transforms to robot mode, his velociraptor tail converts into a two-pronged blade that spins and spins. When deployed, it can batter enemies, deflect enemy fire, or, when its wielder is up in the air, provide a more gentle, controlled descent.

It has several other names:

  • Veloci-Rotor blade[2]
  • Rotary Blade[3]
  • "slasher weapon"[4]
  • "spinning blade weapon"[5].

Several other Beasties have similar or identical weapons:

  • Grimlock's rotate blade is called a Spinning Slasher Sword.
  • Thrustor's rotate blade is a Raptor Shield.
  • Hardhead's rotate blade is the Revolution Shield.
  • Dinotron's version of this weapon is called merely a "spinning blade".
