Steven Jay Blum (born in Santa Monica, California, on April 28th, 1965) is an American voice actor. He is best known for roles such as Spike Spiegel on Cowboy Bebop, Roger Smith on Big-O, Jaimie on Megas XLR, a crapload of Digimon, Jack in Mad World, TOM of Toonami fame, Wolverine on Wolverine and the X-Men, Duke, Roadblock and Zartan on G.I. Joe Resolute and the radio voice for 7-11.
