- A cigar is a nicotine delivery device in the Generation 1 continuity family.
A cigar is a tube of dried tobacco leaves. They are designed so that a human can place one end in his mouth and light the other end on fire and puff the resulting smoke.
They are apparently also referred to as stogies.
