The waffle iron is an Allspark Mutation from the live-action film continuity family.
WOMAN! WOMAN!

The waffle iron is a robot whose alternate mode is a waffle iron. He'd sooner burn your hair off your scalp than toast your waffles.

Fiction

Revenge of the Fallen

A waffle iron was brought to life when Sam Witwicky dropped a piece of the All Spark. Along with his fellow Appliancebots, he tried to attack the Witwickys, but was presumably blasted by Bumblebee for his troubles. Revenge of the Fallen When Robots Attack!

His attack managed to singe off some of Judy Witwicky's hair.

Notes

CLEAR!
  • Judy is seen stumbling out of the Witwicky household with a waffle iron to her head during the attack of the Appliancebots in Revenge of the Fallen. However, it does not transform in the film, and merely lies on the ground after she throws it off.
  • An animatic for the above scene, shown in the Deconstructing Visual Bayhem section of the ROTF DVD/Blu Ray release, depicts the waffle iron assaulting Judy in its robot mode. Why this was changed for the final film is unknown.
