- Omega S.P.R.E.E.M. was a prototype Autobot Omega Sentinel from the Transformers Animated continuity family.

Omega S.P.R.E.E.M. (Strike Prototype; Rapid Engagement & Elimination Module) was the best known of the small-scale prototype Omega Sentinels that preceded Omega Supreme.
Fiction
During the development phase of Project Omega, Highbrow, Perceptor, and Wheeljack constructed multiple proof-of-concept prototypes for what would eventually become the Omega Sentinels. The 1/12th scale Mark IV Omega S.P.R.E.E.M. was a well-known example. The data gathered from these prototypes was eventually used to construct the first fully-functional Omega Sentinel prototype, Omega Supreme. Transformers Animated: The AllSpark Almanac Volume 2
Trivia
- Omega S.P.R.E.E.M. is an homage to the Generation 1 Action Master Elite with the similar name.
