Shuttle Gunner is a Decepticon from the Operation Combination portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Not... okay, okay, basically Movor. But at least his name isn't as dumb.

Shuttle Gunner is a member of the Battle Gaia team, sent to Earth to capture energy to fuel the Decepticons' conquest.

He can go in space!
