More recently, he has auditioned for the roles of Ratchet and General (later Agent) Fowler in Transformers: Prime, but lost the roles to Jeffrey Combs and Ernie Hudson, respectively.
- Very enthusiastic about the Transformers brand and the fandom, Bell even voiced Skywarp in a pitch to IDW for an "All Hail Megatron" motion comic. IDW, however, did not accept the pitch and the project was canned.
