There's no such thing as Maximal Torture Chambers, no matter what some dirty stinkin' Predacon says!
The Maximals are good and true, and would not be so corrupt as to authorize torture or unethical experiments.
But if they did exist, they'd look very similar to a Maximal CR chamber.

Rattrap denied the existence of Maximal Torture Chambers after Dinobot freaked out upon awakening in the CR Chamber. Rattrap did, however, admit that he could get behind such an idea. The fact that Optimus named him temporary commander within a mega-cycle is somewhat frightening. Chain of Command
Dinobot did not press the point, but he apparently genuinely believed Maximal Torture Chambers exist. Also, considering that he rarely acknowledged fear, the stories about them must have been pretty scary sounding. However, their existence may simply be Predacon propaganda.
