- The Mother Computer is a device in the Beast Wars II portion of the Beast Era.
Buried deep underground in a ruined city on the planet Gaea—future Earth—is the Mother Computer (マザーコンピュータ Mazā Konpyūta), a towering monolith which stands testament to all the accomplishments of its mysterious creators... and all of their folly. Is it good or evil? None can say. It is at best "lethally misguided". Despite millennia of disuse, it still functions... unfortunately. The Mother Computer throbs with Angolmois energy.

With the help of Galvatron, the Maximals were able to break through the Mother Computer's defenses, allowing NAVI-chan to enter the computer herself and convince it to deactivate the doomsday program.
