- Various weapons, which may or may not be actual cannons:
- The fusion cannon wielded by various Megatrons.
- The Anti-Robot Photonic Multi-Cannon, an anti-Transformer weapon from the Marvel Comics Generation 1 comic book.
- The Anti-thermal cannon wielded by Carnivac.
- The Omega Whip, which is actually a cannon and not a whip, from the Japanese Generation 1 manga.
- Anti-tank cannon, Generation 1 Grimlock's Action Master partner.
- Big Cannon wielded by Big Convoy in Beast Wars Neo.
- The Hydra Cannon, a large cannon powered by nine Mini-Cons from the Armada cartoon.
- The Matrix Cannon, a Mini-Con weapon from the Armada PlayStation 2 game.
- Zander Cannon, IDW comic writer.
