Ikuya Sawaki (沢木郁也 Sawaki Ikuya) is a veteran voice actor. He was born as Yoshinobu Mikami (三上芳信 Mikami Yoshinobu) on August 25, 1951 in Chiba, Japan. He is currently affiliated with Arts Vision. Among many other roles, he voiced Zartan in the Japanese dub of G.I. Joe: The Movie.
