In 2000, Loonland acquired Sunbow Productions from Sony Wonder and subsequently became the master license holder of several Hasbro television series, including The Transformers and G.I. Joe , as well as the Japanese Transformers spin-off series The Headmasters, Super-God Masterforce and Victory. Soon afterwards, Loonland purchased UK DVD distributor Metrodome.
