Alpha Trion (ROTF)

Alpha Trion is presumably an Autobot from the Revenge of the Fallen portion of the live-action film continuity family.

As a guardian of the ancient relics of Cybertron, Alpha Trion created a group to guard the AllSpark, the Knights of Cybertron, to prevent it for being used for chaos and destruction.

When the All Spark was lost in space, the Knights were approached by Megatron for a deal, but when it was revealed to be a trap, they contacted Alpha Trion, who was unable to help. Then he transmitted coordinates for the youngest of the Knights, Evac, for him to follow off Cybertron, that would hopefully lead Optimus Prime and the All Spark. Prepare for Battle (website)

Notes

• The profile card for Timelines Alpha Trion says that all Alpha Trions are basically the same, so we feel pretty secure putting this guy in the "Autobots" and "Elderly Transformers" categories. (On the other hand, that Alpha Trion turned out to be the evil one.)
