Troy E. Baker (Born April 1, 1976) is an American voice actor. Some of his most notable animation roles include Greed in Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, Van Kleiss in Generator Rex, Pain and Captain Yamato in Naruto Shippuden, and Airtight in G.I. Joe: Renegades.

He also does extensive work in video games, with roles including Snow Villiers in Final Fantasy XIII, Two-Face and Robin in Batman: Arkham City as well The Joker in Batman: Arkham Origins, Kanji Tatsumi from Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4, and Espio in the Sonic the Hedgehog series.

Baker is also a musician, having released several albums both as part of a band and as a solo act.
