Along with the rest of the Urban Renewal Team, Yardarm accompanied Modus Prime, Broadside, and the Heavy Hauler Team to Altihex's abandoned energon refinery. There, they were attacked by what appeared to be a deranged Autobot - in actuality, however, it was a cobbled-together killing machine remotely controlled by Broadside. In the ensuing chaos, Yardarm was killed. The New World
