The name or term "Dirt Boss" refers to more than one character or idea. For a list of other meanings, see Dirt Boss (disambiguation).
Dirt Boss is a Decepticon from the Revenge of the Fallen portion of the live-action film continuity family.

Dirt Boss has plans. His small size has condemned him to the role of a lowly underling, but he's a master manipulator, and takes every opportunity to out-maneuver and undermine his rivals and superiors. He's a skilled and agile warrior, as well, making it likely that he'll fulfill his ambitions—eventually.

Y'know what? In a fair fight, I figure you've got the edge, but me...I fight dirty!Dirt Boss, Nefarious #2

Fiction

IDW Transformers movie comics

As part of Strike Team Ursa, Dirt Boss (alongside Brakedown and Reverb) was dispatched to Wendover, Utah by Soundwave to investigate the mysterious organization that had resurrected Ravage. They discovered a hidden base beneath a garbage dump, but fled after they accidentally activated its self-destruct mechanism. While fleeing, they were intercepted by the Autobots Ironhide and Sideswipe, who promptly destroyed both of Dirt Boss' teammates. Dirt Boss pretended to surrender, buying him a few moments until Soundwave and Ravage swooped in and attacked the Autobots. Although Soundwave was soon captured, Dirt Boss made a clean getaway. Dirt Boss transforms into a bright green and grey forklift. The loading mast cannot raise or lower, but it can tilt at a hinge near the carriage. Inside the cab there is a seat and a (non-functional) distinctive forklift steering wheel. In robot mode, Dirt Boss' vehicle forks are mounted on his arms as blades.
His packaging shows his arms being gray like his wheels and roof, while they are actually the same yellow/green as the rest of his body.
This mold was also used for Deadlift.
