Michelino Paolino

Michelino Paolino is a Senior Design Director at Hasbro and the current creative lead on the Transformers brand. He has held the position since 2014, presumably inheriting the latter role from Aaron Archer. Despite a respectable presence at conventions he largely operates under the fandom's radar, leaving collector face time to team members like Generations leads John Warden and Lenny Panzica. He played a significant role in the development of the BotBots franchise alongside senior marketing director Ben Montano.
