Can this continuity be retconned to include 2010 happening in a different year than the US cartoon continuity Primax 984. Alpha?

I'm not sure I understand the question. This universe would be an offshoot of the 2010 series (presumably "Primax 1186.14"), so it would have those events occur in 2010. —Interrobang 03:53, 7 February 2012 (EST)
