Doctor Go is the main scientist of the evil Renegades. He used to be just Go until he got his degree, and his alt-mode is a Porsche 928S.
He is also known as Herr Fiend.

Timelines
When Cy-Kill and Leader-1 assembled a coalition expedition team to infiltrate the Cybertronians' universe which was threatening their own, the GoBots were modified to blend in with the local 'bots. Herr Fiend contributed to the modification designs, such as the inclusion of FTL drives and Astro-Beam tech. He also intended to mask the Gobotronians with false Cybertronian energy signatures, but everyone from Silverbolt to Crystal Widow seemed able to see past his modifications. Withered Hope

In Gargent 087.0 Kappa, Dr. Go was one of Cy-Kill's Renegades. He and Crain Brain were responsible for operating an Embargo Field inside the Eiffel Tower which prevented the Guardians from returning to Earth. They were defeated by the Autobot Spy Changers Wheeljack and Trailbreaker, along with the Guardian Tri-Trak. The Embargo Field was deactivated, and the Renegades' plan foiled. Ask Vector Prime
Renegade Rhetoric
A different Cy-Kill thought that Dr. Go would be able to considerably improve upon Cybertronian technology. He was noted to be a capable medic, and unlike Rest-Q didn't have a cliche alt mode like an ambulance. Cy-Kill also philosophically mused that it's a good thing he's got a doctorate as "Mr. Go" just doesn't have that something.
Dr. Go was responsible for starting up Renegade Space Hawk production after Cy-Kill stole a prototype and wrung the plans from Dr. Turgenova.
He was tasked with recreating the Master Renegade's work on Power Suits. When he expanded the task into Project: Nemesis, turning the Grungy ship into a Gobotic tank, Cy-Kill pulled the plug.
Dr. Go also created the first three RoGuns at Cy-Kill's request.
He helped create a Cylon costume, complete with a glowing red eye, so that Cy-Kill could infiltrate SciFi Con in New York City.
He modified the Rogue Star's two primary particle beam cannons into the most powerful Astro-Beam ever built, which was used to steal the communication moon of Gobotron.
By modifying technology Cy-Kill stole from Shockwave's lab, Dr. Go was able to allow Cy-Kill to hack into a Axiom Nexus News news broadcast, facilitating the creation of the ongoing pirate broadcast Renegade Rhetoric. Ask Vector Prime
Notes
- Dr. Go's name is a take off of James Bond's Dr. No.
- Dr. Go was the in-show name for the toy Herr Fiend in the Challenge of the Gobots cartoon, based on a working name for the character. The use of "Herr Fiend" could suggest that the GoBots from "Withered Hope" and related stories are NOT from the exact universal stream (or "level") as that cartoon series.
