- Astrotrain is a Decepticon from the brick-built world of Kre-O.
Astrotrain has not had a good time. Then again, he is usually the designated driver, as voted by the other Kreons in his class.

Astrotrain was part of a massive Decepticon invasion force intended to ruin the Autobots' picnic. However, Optimus Prime plowed through them with his truck and left them scattered... and then left. Returning to the scene after.. ahem, taking care of some pressing business, Optimus gathered up the still-wiped-out Kreons, bound them up on a flatbed trailer, and took them to the picnic. Emergency! Hurry to the Base, Optimus!

- Kreon Astrotrain is a small brick-built figure, using the 2015-style construction with raised hands and the sturdier "peg-in-peg" torso/waist connection. His coloration is based on the original Astrotrain toy prototype pictured in catalogs, being mostly gray with a yellow visor, though his chest tampograph's linework has the cartoon model's folded-away tailfin-chestplate.
- He was only available as part of the San Diego Comic-Con-exclusive "Kreon Class of '85" 30-Kreon set. This set was also sold online through Hasbro Toy Shop after the show.
Notes
- Astrotrain's incredibly limited comic appearance shows him with a purple helmet with the crest painted yellow. This matches the original Astrotrain's cartoon model rather than the toy iterations.
