When the newly created Galvatron went on a rampage and no Decepticon dared stop him, Cyclonus saw no way out but to phone the Autobots and ask for help. He was relieved when Optimus Prime and Rodimus showed up and turned Galvatron back into Megatron. Enter the New Emperor of Destruction!? Stop Galvatron's Rampage!

- Part of the fourth assortment of blind-bagged Kreon Micro-Changers, Cyclonus can be rebuilt into a space jet.
- Unusual for Kreons, there is actually a running change in Cyclonus's production, leading to two distinctly different versions without any kind of packaging change. One version matches the stock photography on the bag-back (mostly), with a light lavender base plastic and leg-paint, which made him look a lot like Galvatron. The other is darker purple more matching the original Cyclonus toy.
- Initially, the lavender version had only been found in bags marked "40131 36", while the darker version has been found in all bag-number variations, including the 40131 batches. However, the lavender Cyclonus returned in 2016, through Dollar General stores, under a new UPC with bag-stamp "60041" on the back. Unlike prior Collection re-released under this store/UPC/code combo, this series still uses the original Kreon body, though with the 2014 retooling to make the arm cuffs less rounded and better-suited for use as studs... and with his cuffs painted dark purple to match the stock photography where the original lavender Cyclonus had lavender cuffs. Oy!
