Troy E. Baker (born April 1, 1976) is an American voice actor. Some of his most notable animation roles include Greed in Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, Van Kleiss in Generator Rex, Pain and Captain Yamato in Naruto Shippuden, Airtight in G.I. Joe: Renegades, Excalibur in Soul Eater, and Batman in Batman: The Telltale Series and the various Lego franchise games and movies.

He also does extensive work in video games, with roles including Snow Villiers in Final Fantasy XIII, Two-Face and Robin in Batman: Arkham City as well The Joker in Batman: Arkham Origins, Kanji Tatsumi from Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4, Booker DeWitt in Bioshock Infinite, Joel in The Last of Us, and Delsin Rowe in inFamous: Second Son.

Baker is also a musician, having released several albums both as part of a band and as a solo act.
