Cyberutopia is a location, the fabled home of the Knights of Cybertron from Cybertron's ancient age.

Fiction

IDW Generation 1 continuity

The Cyberutopians were a sect on Cybertron. Presumably, they have some connection to the Cyberutopia of legend. Chaos Theory Part 2

Dai Atlas, leader of the Circle of Light, sought out the map indicating the location of Cyberutopia, to the point where his name in Old Cybertronian was "Dei Atlas", meaning "God Map".

After the Matrix of Leadership split into half after purging Vector Sigma of the D-Void, a map was found in one half. Drift believed this to be the fabled map to Cyberutopia, and Rodimus pushed to use the map to find the Knights of Cybertron so they could bring about a new age on Cybertron. The Death of Optimus Prime A similar map slowly revealed itself to Thunderclash in visions and dreams. The Sensuous Frame

Chief Justice Tyrest claimed to have built a portal that would take him to Cyberutopia. The Divided Self The portal certainly led somewhere: a steel planetoid with grand cities, four Cybertronian moons in the sky, and a floating, multi-hued spark that communicated in a medley of sensations that Skids could not understand. He left before it could be confirmed if this truly was Cyberutopia. This Calamitous Life

However, before he tried the space bridge route, Tyrest obsessed over an invisible network of spacetime-spanning "quantum tunnels" called the Warren, and intended to reach Cyberutopia by piloting Luna 1 through them. His plan fell through because he never actually found the Warren. Its existence was confirmed years later by Perceptor based on intelligence delivered by Getaway, who was Tyrest's captive for a time. If followed, it would potentially bring the Lost Light to Cyberutopia in a matter of weeks. Filling in the Blanks

Shortly after Star Saber had come aboard the Lost Light, a trip through the Warren took the ship directly to what appeared to be Cyberutopia. Journey's End

That doesn't seem quite right...

The Functionist Universe

When several crewmembers of the Lost Light were trapped in the Functionist Universe, they were "rescued" by the Anti-Vocationist League. Clicker claimed the AVL operated from Cyberutopia, much to Rodimus' shock. Anomie As it turned out, however, Cyberutopia was just a nickname for the city of Adaptica. A World Misplaced
