Kaz was with the other Klingons when they occupied Trypticon on Cygnus Seven. When the Decepticons arrived, Kaz alerted Commander Kuri and the commander went to confront the Transformers. Prime's Directive, Part One

Notes

• Prior to Star Trek vs. Transformers, Kaz's only appearance in Star Trek media was in the Star Trek: The Animated Series episode "The Time Trap". In that episode, Kaz is an ordinary Klingon, and not the cyborg he is presented as in the comic.
