Hoist can be unlocked by completing the game. He's like Longarm, but in Hoist's colors. Longarm is a Decepticon in the game.

Transformers: Autobots/Decepticons

While he himself does not appear in either game, a damn obvious nod to him is one of the many unlockable vehicle forms in both games. While not entirely like his vehicle mode, this form has a very similar paint job and the ROBOT mode is almost dead on.
