Drillsmash can be created at the Professor Pig's Pig Lab in Hogs Head Mountain with Materials, though it's a bit of a roulette spin to actually earn it. You may get Coins, Materials, or Gems instead.

When activated, Drillsmash shoots beams that penetrate blocks and pigs, like Shockwave's weapon or light-speed mini-drills. It keeps shooting longer the more Energon stored up.

But why is the Snipernaut the same level and the Photoblast ranked higher, when they don't penetrate? I guess the Drillsmash deals less damage, and that's why.
