Notes
- Characters mentioned in Cliffjumper's Cliff Notes include: Optronix/Optimus Prime, Megatron/Galvatron, Cliffjumper's Optimus Prime, Cliffjumper's Megatron, Skyfall, Landquake, Breakaway, Topspin, Heatwave, Omega Doom, Alpha Trion, Cyclonus, Nexus Prime, Ultra Magnus, Wheeljack, Scourge, Cliffjumper's Ultra Magnus, Cliffjumper's Wheeljack, Cliffjumper's Perceptor, and Aquarius.
- Cliffjumper's Cliff Notes recaps the history of the Shattered Glass universe thus far, written in-universe by Cliffjumper. The datapad that they're written on is actually seen in this issue's installments of "Another Light".
- Images used in this recap include art of Cliffjumper from his profile in issue #17; art of Optimus Prime from his original BotCon 2008 toy's tech specs; the profile art of Galvatron and Nexus Prime, from issue #30; and art of Ultra Magnus from a promotional ad for BotCon 2012.
- Specific events and ideas brought up include the early years of the Shattered Glass war, as laid out in the various tech specs of BotCon 2008; Cliffjumper's arrival in the universe and his assistance in pushing back the launch of the Ark from the original "Shattered Glass" comic; the eventual journey to Earth and the war's continuation there in the various Shattered Glass prose stories; the death and rebirth of Megatron, the reuniting of Nexus Prime, and the threat of Omega Doom from the "Reunification" storyline; the destruction of Cliffjumper's home universe at the hands of Ultra Magnus in "Invasion"; and Ultra Magnus and Megatron and their troops arrival in the distant past, from the "Beast Wars Shattered Glass" storyline.
- Wheeljack is noted to have stolen the Terminus Blade from Scourge's Vaults of the Unknown, a detail having previously only been briefly mentioned in the recap of the "Classicsverse" from issue #49.
- Cliffjumper notes that archeologists on the Shattered Glass Earth have discovered strange technology in digsites, which Wheeljack and Perceptor theorize to be from Magnus and Megatron's battles; perhaps this dig site is where Classics Ravage found a piece of Megatron's Gigastorm Armor, as seen in the 24th installment of Recordicons.
- Cliffjumper thinks the universal stream names (which he's heard from the Quintesson Aquarius), are stupid and long.
- For this year, "Brian's Bytes and Bolts" is replaced by "The Bolts Bite Back". It's written by Lio Convoy himself! He also replaces Rampage as this year's "Where It's At..." mascot.
- Karl Hartman is no longer listed as "research editor" and is now a "contributor". Trent Troop and Greg Sepelak are gone from the list of contributors.
- Transformers I.Q. is gone from the back page, replaced by Hot Shot's Bot Thoughts and Bot on the Street. That means David Willis gets the whole back page to himself!
